Xiao-i claims that Apple is using the basic underlying technology from them in their SIRI App. But In reality, it has been proven that there are many dissimilarities in the underlying structures of Apple SIRI and the Chinese App. Being said that Apple may win the Lawsuit over China.

Since Donald Trump started a trade war with China, there is a lot of tensions going on between China and the USA in Technology, intellectual property, and Trade. Recently President Trump has banned the Chinese app “Tik Tok“. China is the second biggest consumer for Apple products after the USA. This infringement rule means Apple cant sell iPhones, Ipads, etc in China which is SIRI enabled, which can create a huge impact on Apple’s revenue.
