Most people find that taking an antidepressant or attending psychological counseling (psychotherapy) relieves their depression symptoms. treatment resistant depression Standard therapies, however, are ineffective in treating treatment-resistant depression. They may not help at all, or your symptoms may improve only to return.

    Hello Sarah,

Thanks for your post here. The answer is absolutely yes, there are many way-outs for treatment resistant depression.

Steps are like one has to get the clarity of ‘self awareness’ and then probably need to work on ‘self growth’.

Now to achieve the self growth one has to learn the levels of self awareness to reclaim the power which was lost and can reach to the “self authority” where a person can able to control the thought pattern and flow of thoughts.

Wishing you all the Best and have a peaceful time:-)
