One or more of the above causes create stress or a negative impact on our minds or eventually in our everyday life. It controls our activity. Our productivity may get reduced. Some people can get over it very fast or try to package it and keep in a certain corner in their mind as if it didn’t make any impact on their lives but that doesn’t mean they are ignorant but they have enough control and mental strength because most of us get stuck or take time to get rid of it. Therefore my primary goal in this article is to provide a simple solution to this problem based on my personal experience for how to handle stress. Impact on our personal life and how to handle Stress ?
They have so much impact on our personal lives that we some times start neglecting ourselves and our priorities. It’s not very easy to deal with such types of situations and over time it can lead us to be the victim of mental health problems e.g Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Disorders. Sometimes it takes months and years to get rid of the effect and come back to a normal lifestyle and accepting everything as it is and celebrate life like before.
Now the real question is “How to Handle such evil situations“? There can be several opinions from many gurus or Psychologists or Therapists to handle stress. There is one very simple solution for this and it works for me. I had gone through terrible situations in my personal life. I lost both my parents because of their terminal health problems and it wasn’t very easy to deal with it. It took me to a psychological state when I left my job, completely isolated myself in one corner of my room, and disconnected myself from the rest of the world. The memories with my parents were haunting me every night !! I used to blame myself for everything that has happened and couldn’t get away from it.
I started thinking about what people do when they are in these situations !! Maybe there are many people like me suffering from such mental illness or anxiety/depression/trauma disorder.
Solution
Keep yourself busy with something which you have never done in life before. You always wanted to try something new in life and never got a chance to really do it because of time constraints or other commitments e.g. you want to develop skills like photography, Painting, playing some games.
“Exploring a completely new area of specialization or subject” is one of the best healing techniques, according to me. I am sure there must be different other solutions including intake of medicines which I personally don’t like or recommend, but diverting your mind to completely something new is one of the solutions and it worked for me.
In my case, I started developing content and concentrated on Internet Marketing, which of course I have never done before and exploring the different aspects of marketing strategies kept my brain involved with certain things which were new to me and at the same time concentrated on Health and Wellness. How can we maintain a healthy lifestyle? What food to eat what not to eat.
To develop healthy habits and to obtain a better lifestyle, I have written a book. Check my EBOOK HERE ” Everyday Healthy “. Also, you will find this book on amazon both Paperback and Kindle version.
However, it was not a fast process to get back to normal life. It almost took more than a year for me to forget and get rid of the trauma.
